Tsmc technician compensation

Hi everyone,
I recently accepted a fixed-term AMHS Technician position at TSMC Arizona and was curious about the compensation progression for technicians who convert to direct/full-time employees.
For those who have worked as AMHS technicians or similar technician roles at TSMC Arizona:
What does the typical pay progression look like after conversion?
Are annual performance bonuses offered to direct employees?
If so, are they usually a fixed percentage, performance-based, or company-performance based?
Are there any other compensation benefits that become available after conversion that fixed-term employees don’t receive?
Not looking for exact personal compensation details—just trying to get a general idea of what technicians can expect long-term.

In person tech interview

Hi everyone,

I recently passed my first interview for an AMHS Technician position at TSMC and have been invited to an in-person interview. I’ve heard that the second interview is more technical than behavioral.

For anyone who has gone through the process, what kinds of questions were you asked during the in-person interview? Were there troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, automation, or safety-related questions? Did they ask you to walk through diagnosing equipment issues?

Any advice, examples of questions, or general interview experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
