What's the deal with my bee balm?

After thriving for weeks, my bee balm has started turning a bleached yellow and getting withered leaves. Started as only a handful of plants a couple weeks ago but they're now all like this! I haven't changed anything on my end, either, so very unsure if they're sick or just reaching end of live. Any help/info appreciated!
