Burial Blade Gems

So, I want to go through all the chalices, and thought I'd also try to farm for blood gems. Which story chalices would be best for getting good physical gems for the Burial Blade. Also, should I look for arcane gems, since it innately scales with arcane? And how do I tell which gems are good vs bad in terms of depth, quality etc?

[PC] Get through High Wall

I like doing co-op for some sections of the game, especially high wall of lothric. I'm trying to get through it pretty quickly, grab a refined gem, and get to the exiled greatsword as quick as I can, since thats my build this playthrough. PW is gwyn

Darkmoon Blade

I am not mentally prepared for the stairs, but I want to fill out my coventants and slowly get some progress on 100% DS3. Are there any current/reliable PC fight clubs or events to join in a few days to better farm the damnable ears?

Tips for a new(ish) player

A few things. First, i have beaten the game (no dlc), but i would say i did so badly. I didnt really learn anything beyond the swordplay, and using the signs rarely. So, i wantes to ask: what gear should i get? While im willing to learn new builds, my default is tanks, chunking health bars, parrying, and using quen(?) to give myself breathing room. I also want to learn gwent, but i have never actually clicked onto it, and the finer mechanics even of sword combat i brute forced. I guess what i am asking for is items and gear to get that would best teach me while also making me strong. Maybe thats too big a request. This game is amazing, and i just bought the dlc's. I want to do this game justice

[PC] W: Fireknight's Shortsword and Greatsword (With either skewer or spear flame art on them) H: 2 noble slender swords on a different character, mule, ask, karma

Doing a Fireknight build, need the weapons. More than willing to trade/mule, but I'll have to swap characters to trade for the NSS/other stuff

Fire Build Questions

I was wondering if fire is a good affinity. That or flame art. If so, what is the best weapon to use? Whats the difference between fire and flame art? Which weapons would best for adding a flame affinity? And, are there any specific AoW or weapons (i prefer greatswords) that would be good? I won't lie, I have only had the game for a year, and I typically restart before I get to the DLC, so while I have killed every major DLC boss, I'm a little clueless on the new stuff and the mechanics

Better Bleed set up?

I'm asking a lot of questions, but in all fairness I restart to find something fun a lot. Which set up, (assuming one has LOBT and White Mask, no hotswapping buffs or seppuku) is better:
Dual weilding bloody bandit curved swords
Dual wielding scavanger swords
Bloody backhanded blades
Falx
I want to make a stronger bleed build than I did the one other time I tried a bleed build. But, I'm not good enough or patient enough to stack 15 buffs and hot swap between different talismans and headsets. If you have another set up, let me know that as well, I'm more than happy to learn how to best melt bosses

Better AoW for My Lightning Build?

So I'm working on my lightning knight, and I'm looking at a rl180 (50 dex/50fth) character. Its fine, because for now I don't care about pvp and the such. But, I've been running a lightning claymore with stormblade. I like stormblade, but I feel like it isn't as strong as I thought it would be. Are there any long range AoW's that could be good for this build? I'm not looking for any buffing AoW's, like lightning slash, just something strong to mix up a mostly melee/caster hybrid. Thanks

Lightning Knight Build

So, from my previous post, I think I'll just stick with a lightning knight build for my next build. Question is, is there a fast weapon for this, non somber. Ideally, it would have base lightning damage, and I can infuse it with lightning affinity. If not, then a lightning buff AoW or Dragonbolt/lightning blade (I think) is my next bet. I want a quick weapon, as I'm doing a colossal sword run right now. Not a katana, but just as fast, but with good reach. Not a spear though. Maybe that is too niche, then a fast greatsword is perfectly fine, naturally good scaling is needed. Sorry for the specifics and ranting a bit

How to Make a Working Holy/Lightning Knight

So I want to use either holy or lightning more than I usually do, but it seems like both drop off hard once you get to altus or the shadowlands. I want to have a strong melee and use spells, like healing and some offensive spells, but with a few exceptions, it seems better to either go all into spells, which defeats the purpose, or full physical damage, which is a little better. Any tips would be nice.

Blood Gems

So I am doing a new playthrough, and I'm thinking it'll either be the Beasthunter Saif, the Rakuyo, or the Burial Blade. Which versions are best (Normal, Lost, Uncanny), and where can I farm for blood gems? Would Amy's dimension be a good spot? please lmk before I start a new playthrough

So I have been doing some research, playing the game, and watching videos. I think I have a good idea of the spells I'll mostly use, but now I have a few questions: Other than the magic scorpion charm, what talismans/tears are best to maximize damage to both the DMGS and Spells. I do my best to be very mobile, and I don't really commit to being a pure caster.

Spells include:
Carian Slicer
Carian GS
Night Comet
Comet
Abdula's GS (The frost Carian Greatsword one)
Ranni's/Renalla's Moon
Loretta's Mastery
Frozen Crags (I think thats the name of the spell)

What, numerically, should my levels at 180ish look like, should I hard push int or mind, and is there anything I am missing? DLC content is more than applicable, so if I cam missing a viable spell/staff/talisman, let me know. I'm not too familiar with DLC spells, so go to town on those.
