A little work in progress of a Scandinavian horse themed wine box I’m engraving for my mom :)

My first time using an engraving tool on wood, and still have lots of details to add, but thought you guys might appreciate this too :)

Got a woodcarving dremel as a present from my mom, making an engraved wine box for her in return :)

Work in progress of course, but this is my first official project!

Are there ANY resources for getting wisdom teeth pulled and not having to pay upfront?

My wisdom teeth are coming in, one is infected I think and I’m in a lot of pain. The problem is, the three times I went to dentists over the last two years (I’ve been dealing with this for a while) they quoted me $1,500+ and would have to pay then and there—and my insurance doesn’t cover dental. I asked if I could do a payment plan, and they all wanted me to pay at least half upfront. I’m in my early twenties, and am unable to pay that right now at all on top of already paying for my groceries, rent, medications, etc.

If anyone has any good resources or can point me in the right direction of cheaper dentists that offer payment plans please let me know, I think if I keep waiting it will get serious as the side of my face has already swollen.

I have a wisdom tooth coming in and it is causing me severe pain in my jaw and tooth and already feels loose. Last time I went to the dentist they quoted me 1400 dollars as a starting price to remove my wisdom tooth, since then 2 others have come in (I’m 22 now lol) and I already feel like it’s loose but the amount of pain I am having is unbearable and I’m considering just removing it myself. I can’t even get work done right now because I’m in so much pain. When this one first came in I actually went to the ER because I thought it was an infection but they just offered me a shot of toradol and a hefty bill. Went to dentist after and they said it would be extremely expensive so I just rode it out. Now I’m here and it is almost fully in but it’s started shifting my teeth and is causing so much bothersome pain along with biting down on it to the point where it feels loose. I’m literally considering just grabbing my pliers right now and ripping it out. Like, it can’t be much different than how they’d do it at the dentist anyway, right?
