I see the ARM range is in stock but man what is up with that pricing?

Are the ARM cpu's still better than the new AMD ones?
The ARM cpu's used to be good value since they were better performance than the CX range. Since the CX range has been refreshed with better AMD cpu's, the performance is much better. The CAX range also seems to never be available for some reason. Is the CAX range still good value or is the CX range now better value?
