after my rant I haven’t played the game at all I finally got back into WolfQuest and realized why the game was so boring to me. single-player gets boring really boring I want to play with a actual person single player is so boring and I miss having someone to talk and play with
don’t get me wrong. I adore the wolf models but after seeing the new expansion it’s really time for a remodel.
I love the game I love the team I love how much work they put into the game, but it’s time.
the fish model looks better than the wolf model, the coyotes look better than the wolf model, the dogs you could even say look better.
I’ve followed the games development for years. I’ve seen the rise of the game, I’ve been in the community since I was a little wee baby. It feels terrible for me to say this but I’m genuinely thinking of quitting the game because of the models.
They are so ugly the pups look WAY better, and I know they bought the puppy models or so I’ve heard. which makes me wonder why can’t they just buy new wolf models? Now I’m not a developer of any kind I don’t work on any games and I know nothing about making models but I don’t think it would take much to at least just TWEAK the models they don’t need to redo the models just tweak them so they well…. Look like a wolf.
They did this with the coyote model which I really hope somewhere in the future they tweak the wolf model it’s so freaking ugly. i can’t stand it, it literally just looks like an oversized dog like a husky or something.
I understand it takes time and they don’t have the funds but i just hope they someday tweak the model make the shoulders closer together real gray wolves don’t have wide shoulders.
again I love the team I love the game and the community is AMAZING. But I just can’t play the game anymore the models are so ugly. They don’t fit in the game at all. the elk look better, the coyotes look better, the pups look better, the fish the seals, the bighorn sheep which mind you aren’t released yet, THE SHEEP MODELS WERE SHOWCASED 8 YEARS AGO. 8 years ago..
now I did do research and I’m pretty sure they commissioned most of the models I’m not sure if they commissioned all of them. I hope after the expansion is done they decide to tweak the wolf models even if it’s just a tiny bit I could honestly rant about everything wrong with the models but I think I said enough.
I’m experienced with rats not baby rats, I have five 14 day old rats who just lost their mother I got puppy and kitten formula, but they won’t eat they turn away sharply when I try. it is there anything I can feed them that they will eat?
