I use ReShade for my game + stupendous graphics, when my wolves were standing on a hill in LR the lighting did a cool thing. Usually I'm not a big fan of the graphics of this game, but it has its moments.

I did not realize I made Sunrise look like a grilled cheese....maybe he should've been the one leading the kitchen pack instead of cassava....
(Just woke up, so excuse if this seems like I'm just rambling, I came up with it in the middle of the night lol)
I would love to see other pack's dens and perform raids of my own.
Like, make it so you have to search for the den they're using, and try to get a pup. But, you know, make it more difficult than, say, a territory scuffle. Seeing as more of the pack has a chance of being at the den than patrolling the territory.
And maybe only be able to perform one raid when at least half their hexes are at 70 or below or something. Then have a cooldown period so you can't abuse the system. Or maybe not that, but SOME sort of cooldown.
(In other words, I just get really mad when other wolves get a hold of my pups, but I can't do the same until they have an ungodly number of wolves in their pack during young hunter raids 🫠)
Also, I think it would give more variety to the game.
There seems to be more framerate drops in forests and such than there was before. Is that just me or is anyone else having trouble with that?
Hey guys! I've just noticed, my Pup just died recenzly And i noticed my pack just gathered around together with pups wnich layed near the dead Pup inside of the circle. I find IT really cute And wondering if this Is normal thing as i never experiences it before.

I feel like a lot should be done in the graphics department. The graphics *don’t* look all that great/do look outdated. Also, free scar customisation.
Alright, so, I got a mate, and I kind of regret getting him.
He's bold, social, and most of all lazy.

I'm playing as one of my pups, Trip, and she has already gotten a trial mate. The thing is, when she convinced the dispersal wolves to get to know her more, the one she chose was bold and loner, indicated by only showing 3 hearts when Trip did emotes. Now, he shows a LOT of hearts when she emotes and howls, which confuses me. Is he loner or social??
I'm returning to a pack that I haven't played in a while and have realized that I'm probably gonna have some issues trying to maintain very strong hexes. To be frank, I hate marking territory and intend to lose quite a few hexes before I kill my current wolf and let his successor take over. I wanted to ask some advice from other Hellroaring Mountain players (also everyone else) and know what territory configs you guys favor so that I can decide which hexes to trim.
My computer is pretty much a desk work device that I force to run games and usually gets like 24 fps or something. However Ive noticed in specifically the forest areas of TF it’s very slow. This is the only map i’ve noticed that happening on so anyone know a solution? I tried turning down tree distance but didn’t really do anything and I don’t wanna turn down a bunch of graphics not knowing which actually cause the problem
So sometimes I get this when a pup gets sick? What does it mean exactly??
Weird question, but I am interested in everyone else's views on what should be added. I think it would be cool to randomly come across a pup that "wandered off" from an unknown pack that you could just choose to kill or adopt. It is already recorded in nature these things happening, even one species adopting another species. Imagine adopting a random stray dog puppy, stray wolf pup, or a random coyote kit. Least that is an update I'd love to see since this is something that does happen sometimes in reality ~

This isn't even a litter at this point, yeah "meet my new litter" and it's just my singular son. Just the one lil' guy. I'll protect him with my life🥹RNG deaths are off, so it's just up to my ability to defend against predators! Having a mate that'll attack on her own is very helpful, since I can just hold the precious lil' guy to keep him safe.
His stats are -4 total, with +1 and -5 (strength -2, stamina +1, speed -1, health -2). Has anyone had a pup with -5 or lower..? Wondering for future litters.

Named Blue after the WORST coyote attack of all my time playing (had to reload twice after I died from biting them!!! Attack ended with me and 1% health but we made it😭).
I only have one picture but before the timer was nearly done and I slept but when I woke up to check it the timer restarted. I'm on survive alone quest but is this normal?
So I wanted to start a new wolf in a new territory but when I went to coat selection I noticed that the coats I had unlocked, about half, are now locked again. I still have the wolves with those coats as well saved but I can't use it for new wolves. I've never swapped devices, all the wolves with these coats are from 1+ litters ago. Do I just have to reunlock them? (My boy Libra rocking frosty as an example)
for me, i play exclusively on accurate and unforgiving with pup deaths all enabled, so the challenge was certainly welcome. i’m super excited to see what other world changes the team may add later on.
so, for some weird reason i've just been STRUGGLING to find elk herds on the tower fall map, all through fall, winter, and spring. i'm currently playing on the beta, and i rolled "plentiful" prey both at the start of the game and again once the pups were born.
my territory encompasses the midwestern and southwestern parts of the map—i've got a good portion of grand loop road, the entirety of antelope ridge, and mt. washburn in it. so, i'm just baffled!
It's hard to tell if my potential mate (Komli) is lazy.
Sometimes he's running around, the next moment he's just sitting and sleeping. He also lags behind a lot. But sometimes he catches up. It confuses me.
And, no, he doesn't have a major or minor leg injury.
