“Death of Me” has surpassed 60,000 albums in pre-sales in China!

this is for DAY 1 only! heeseung bar opened group orders on different sites in china and it’s crazy how every EVER supported it. i saw how busy they’ve been since yesterday, promoting it to everyone, encouraging people to buy and explaining everything.

EVAN is so good at being a dj! no wonder he got so many invitations from different channels like KBS (so many), SBS and MBC, which even made him a special dj for 3 days. i’m really happy and feeling excited with his schedules because everything feels new

i keep thinking that we might never have gotten to experience or see him in this role as a dj and we might have never known just how good he is at it so i’m so thankful that he chose this path. there are still so many things waiting to unfold in the future and i’m really excited for what is ahead. he also said that as the days go by, he keeps discovering more about himself and i think that makes this journey even more meaningful

after watching this video, i went back and watched his reactions and performances from the han river busking again. it really feels like he never expected the amount of support he received, especially since it happened in korea, where cancel culture can be so intense..

this is the first hour of the release in 2026 and it’s crazy that heeseung is already in the top 6! do you know how hard it is to gain likes on melon.. well in the past, reaching 5k likes used to take days 😭

its really hard since it’s limited to one like per account and getting a melon account is hard af, this is honestly impressive. it’s great that the song entered the hot 100 chart too.

if he attends music shows, i wonder how much the broadcast photocard would cost 😭 the concept is so pretty and knowing there are no physical albums for this, it’ll be hard to get…

and as a collector, it’ll be really, really hard to compete with everyone, especially his rich fans 😭 i can already imagine how insane the demand would be if he actually promotes on music shows

i don’t like how parasocial the fans are getting right now esp when they keep comparing how active heeseung was before in the group vs now as a solo artist. like… is that even important? not everyone expresses appreciation or connection the same way online

mind you, he was NOT the last to post and interact on weverse so why are they suddenly acting like heeseung is the problem now?

being less active online doesn’t suddenly make him ungrateful or distant. some of y’all are way too attached to the idea that they owe fans nonstop interaction all the time..

please don’t expect concept photos, calendars and all those usual promo contents during this june release. he will release a digital single first before the actual album itself

i wanted to compare this with how other kpop groups usually do their releases but i think some of you will understand this example better instead:

LOOSE was announced on 03/31 and released on 04/04! just 4 days apart, with no teasers, concept photos, schedules or anything like that. then, LOOSE was eventually included in the album desire: unleash

releasing a single first is actually a good thing and they can’t rush everything all at once. it’s only been around 2–3 months since his departure from the group. preparing mvs, concepts, album planning, photoshoots, branding and promotions takes a LOT of time. even enhypen spend MONTHS or sometimes over a year preparing for a comeback.

so please be patient and stop pressuring him with comments like “oh he left the group just to release a SINGLE?” like be serious for a second. he’s slowly building everything up and that process takes time.
