How to stay on track

I’ve been doing IF for a long time now and have broken it early for breakfast from time to time but I also am the cook in the house so it’s been tough to stay as consistent as I used to. Now, I want to do a 3 day fast but I swear I’m the worst nonsense eater on the planet. I’ll walk by the kitchen and see a bag of chips or a pickle jar or just anything and I have zero mental toughness and just grab it and eat. Or watch a little TV and feel like I need to be eating SOMETHING. How do you all see something to eat and just make your mind say, Nah, I’m good?? I can do it for a little while but not for very long, I always break down and just eat.

I’m 48 years old and in pretty good shape, I’m 190 pounds and do jiu jitsu 4-5 days a week so I’m fairly active so I want to do this to see if I’m able to accomplish it and also for the benefits.

Any help is much appreciated.
