Honda GX 240. Looks to be original engine on 1988 MEY cylinder mower.

Problem is when i try to order parts i don’t know which model to pick. Example of how they are listed on website is like this:

Ect ect. There is never a model listed on the sites i use that matched my serial number. Can anyone please clairfy my stupidity.

My son is 14 weeks old and has been diagnosed with neurocutaneous melanosis after an MRI.

He is Heathy, happy, hungry and alert. He’s developing faster than his sister (3) did. He smiles now, talks in his own language telling stories to his mum, hardly ever cries. The diagnosis has hit us like a train. No way did we think he was not well. The MRI was referred by a dermatologist who we had taken our boy to see about what we thought was a birthmark on his leg. About the size of his knee cap.

My question is: what can I do, if anything, to ensure he stays asymptomatic? Is there anything we can do besides wait for him to start having seizures and then pass away a year later?

I don’t know anything about this condition, only what’s on wikipedia. We saw the leading newborn doctor in our small town today and she couldn’t tell us much at all, she said she could write a referral to a private neurologist as in our state(west Australia) there’s an 18 month wait time to see a public one and that might Be too late.

I just don’t want to watch him die and find out later I could have done something to prevent that from happening.
