I took my pc to Best Buy yesterday for a PSU install and got it back the same day but they didn’t connect my RBG fans back so how would that work

I brought a new power supply unit I need to put in, and I need thermal paste reapplied to the motherboard, and I was just wondering what the estimated wait time for the upgrade is. Also, I'm a TotalTech member. and can they guest account that has admin if they need to check anything?.
