Hi I have download a game that I got from romfun and I would like to know if there any tools that allows me to convert my file to a iso

so when i used file zilla to upload a game from my laptop to my ps3 and when i put the game in the GAMES option in hhd0 and i open multiman nothing pops up why is that?
