Hi everyone,idk if this is the right place to ask but I've been taking care of my mom for the last couple of years, and keeping up with the house just wasn't a priority. Now she's moving into assisted living and I need to sell the place.

The roof is old, the deck needs work, and the yard looks rough. I don't have the budget to start hiring contractors before selling, and I'd rather not spend months dealing with open houses.

Has anyone in the Portland area sold a house completely as-is? Did you list it or go with a local cash buyer instead?

I run a small skincare brand. I sell serums and creams. I am using plain brown boxes right now. They look cheap. I need custom packaging that looks professional and fits my products properly. I have a logo. I need to figure out box sizing, design, and ordering. I do not want to buy thousands of boxes. I want to start with a small run.

Anyone have experience with this? How did you sort out the design and sizing without a designer? What company did you use?
