Will hdfc upgrade by Tata Neu infinity to any other core card without closing the first one , i don’t want to lost the credit age

Will hdfc upgrade by Tata Neu infinity to any other core card without closing the first one , i don’t want to lost the credit age

I have sbi pulse card with 2.8 lakh credit limit,
Please suggest any other card card from sbi to upgrade as I don’t find pulse cc much useful
