is this ready to harvest? if not, how will i know when its ready?

my tomato plant seems to be losing leaves and has holes in the leaves it does have. i moved it out of the sun bc i was thinking maybe it was getting scorched but since then i think its gotten worse. i did notice this caterpillar today…. is she eating my plant? can it still make tomatoes or do i need to move her?
