Financial Aid - Actual Federal Loan Aid (Anyone received any?)

I'm wondering if anyone can attest to something very specific, because from everything I'm reading, I don't think I've seen a single instance of it, which is super scary. A post from a different student in a different thread mentioned a full stop on this, so I'm wondering if maybe their advisor was just wrong. If true, it might be time to run.

Have you fully received an in-your-bank disbursement, of an unsub or grad+ loan, from a class that started after July 1st?

I'm seeing people post all sorts of similar things like:

- people getting aid from stuff they were owed in March or May

- people getting emergency aid, cash grants, or advances

- people getting tuition offsets or entire remissions

- people getting scholarships or other 3rd party aid

- people getting grants such as Pell and California/Teaching specific ones

- people getting "disbursements" but never actually having the money move to their bank acct

Those are all similar, but the big one is whether the school is able to process and disburse *Federal Loans* since July 1st, and right now I'm not really sure they have for anyone?

If you think you have, can you please double check with the FAFSA site to confirm an actual loan was given. Thank you
