Is evilfies the original version of wifies in the lore because he said that he is the one who clone the clones of himself for the sake of content?

Hi everyone I have a question. I started pixel art a few days ago, and everyone is using 32x32 or 16x16 in games, but then I see houses and trees that are much larger than that in the same 32x32 package. Can someone explain what's going on? please.
