Hi

I am attending an interview for the current AO comp in Belfast and need to consider my childcare arrangements and whether it is attainable working full time with kids, or if I am better staying in part time employment.

To be honest the hybrid working is what is encouraging me to apply.

How do you find the Hybrid working? can you still manage the school runs etc? or would I need someone to take the kids to school and back everyday? How long before you can start working from home?

All opinions and advice is greatly welcomed.
