My babydaddy keeps asking me to write on paper to agree to one week on and one week off 50/50 custody. Hes saying doctors and statistics are saying subside rates are lower and its all around better this way. Our son is 7 years old, ADHD and has anxiety. I personally dont believe it would be good mentally for our son because of these reasons and there's just no stability in this. Baby daddy has him every other weekend and I also tell him he can get our son whenever he would like. We live an hour seperate from each other as well so school would be a hassle. I just wanted some opinions.
