Advice pls

Long story short, I have a profeesor who is extremely bad at communicating. He's very unorganized in general--ends class way after the actual class end time, shows up late, never responds to emails, does not follow the syllabus etc. The problem is, I need to speak to him regarding my major because coincidently enough, hes an advisor for my major :( I had a meeting with another advisor yesterday and she said to keep trying with emails, because if I could stay after class to speak to him I would, but I have work right after and it's a 30 minute drive from campus. I can meet with him during his offoice hours but to do that I need to schedule an appoinment THROUGH EMAIL. I'm at a loss... is there anyone higher up I can speak to? any advice helps

Honors Scholarships

Soooo general question abt Honors Scholarships,
Is that something I apply for on Scholarship Universe? I was told by an Honors advisor that when you’re an honors student it just happens to show up on your account but I recently had someone tell me that you have to apply for it… next semester would be my first year as an honors student and I didn’t get a scholarship last time but was wondering if this time I would
