I'm 16 and a Male and have an uneven skintone

I dont know why but lately my skintone been getting very dark lately and there's been light spots aswell, I think its hyperpigmentation but not sure , I've tried this routine for a couple months now

  • Wash face with warm water then use Cetraben SA cleanser
  • Use some brightening lotion
  • Garnier Vitamin C serum
  • Cetraben moisturizing lotion
  • And some cheap sunscreen i got at aldi (but if i could get one that doesnt leave a white cast would be amazing)

But it's getting worse so something gotta change but i dont got the funds over 60 quid and my parents only allow me at boots

My face has gotten smoother i won't lie, but that about it, skintone still pretty uneven so if anyone could recommended things that work better especially since summer coming
