Okay so do those electric rickshaws not work during daytime around 1-2 pm
Like i dont see them anywhere and i hate walking to centre din m
and i live tapti m so i thought it's easy getting rickshaw from here.

I want to start doing late-night study sessions at the library, but I’m genuinely shit scared of dogs. 😭
For people who regularly go to the library/your centres and come back around 12–1 AM (or even later) — how do you manage? Aren’t you scared of the dogs, especially when walking alone? Are they generally harmless at night, or have people actually had incidents of being chased/bitten?
Also, is it safe/comfortable to walk alone around campus that late? Do people usually walk in groups, or is there some other way of getting around?
I really want to make use of the late-night library hours, but the thought of walking back alone at 1 AM with dogs around is honestly terrifying. Would appreciate any practical advice from people who actually do this regularly.
