Got a Honda gennie here that binds up when pulling it. I pulled the spark plug and checked valves but it still binding. I then disconnected the 3 main wires (power) going into the board and it now doesn’t bind. Is this a board issue or alternator? I tested the output for continuity and the plugs are all good.
