I swear! I constantly see people hitting poles, or another vehicle - they’ll leave the car there police come a few hours later and yellow tape it up.

I saw a guy yesterday on 40 hit something, and he was removing his license plate. it was newer black Camry hooefully insure, but definitely registered.

don’t people realize the vin is attached to your registration?
