Elevated Kappa/FLC Ratio
Trying to make this as short as possible. My kappa and FLC ratio have been elevated for three years now. I have requested repeat electrophoresis and the only thing that keeps flagging high is IgG. last year it mentioned no M spike. This year the report said, "Cannot exclude a monoclonal peak in the gamma region. Please correlate with immunotyping" The immunofixation serum mentioned, "No definitive monoclonal protein detected"
I have suspicions of MGUS or wondering if its possible polyclonal, or is this just nothing? My hematologist dropped me from her practice and said she doesn't need to see me anymore.
I do my own studying so if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
