I am researching private label products for Amazon FBA. I am looking at digital watches as a potential product. I have seen a lot of generic digital watches on Alibaba that can be customized with a logo. The MOQs seem reasonable, around 100 to 200 units. I have also checked Amazon and eBay to see what is already selling. There seems to be a market but it is crowded. I am wondering if anyone here has experience in private labeling digital watches. Is the competition too high? What features should I focus on to stand out? I am thinking about a specific design like a retro style or a fitness tracker. Any advice on sourcing, branding, or marketing would be great. Thank you.
