I was checking the status everyday as well as the API. Usually the API would state the same generic thing. However, on July 22 it stated something a bit different that gave me some hope:

\* ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms: true: This is a crucial metric. It means an adjudicating officer has formally acknowledged the case files inside the Content Management System. In online tracking communities, this flag usually triggers right before a final decision or approval notice is printed.

Sadly, I did get terminated from my job. I hope I can get reinstated or find a new one soon!

I've been waiting 201 days for my DACA renewal. I also applied for AOS through my spouse, a US citizen. I did advance parole a while back as well. Should I submit form I-765 or should I just continue to wait for my DACA? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Is it possible for the i-765 to get approved while the i-485 is in progress?
