Didn’t realize that the you was going to be so close to the cpu cooler and I’m just worried about heat and a possible short circuit

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but when I press repair steam os nothing happens I have tried formatting my usb drive multiple times and tried using ntfs and exfat. I have also tried using Rufus and balena etcher
