Hey. I’m visiting Mauritania for the first time in August. I’d like to visit the camel market but got a few questions.

I’ve heard of ClassRide (a sort of Mauritanian Uber clone from what I can tell.) Would I be able to get it back from the camel market? (I assume it would be easier to get one actually going out!)

I’ve travelled elsewhere in Africa and they’ve been really uncomfortable with cameras. I assume some strange looking foreigner walking up and shoving a camera in your camel’s face would look a bit odd but are they ok with discreet pics from a distance?
