customer was upset we didn’t have kids toys

so, we ran out of kids toys one night because our director that did inventory left for corporate, and this lady came up and was like “i ordered on the app and we didn’t get our kids toys” so i politely explained to her that we didn’t have any, but i could give her icecream in a cup or cone instead.

well, she goes on to tell me that her husband has had an allergy to the ice cream, and so has one of her two sons so she doesn’t want to get the ice cream. she then asks, “can i just get milkshakes instead?”

i’m gonna give you a second to think about that one
