Anybody who experienced 8 months delay of BPI auto loan payment? My loan has been unlinked to my app. I was able to paid off a total of 140,000 and Meron na din po deductions to my savings account for loans penalty around 10k din. I’ve trying to get in contact with them via email but no response talaga sila bale yung ika 8 month po is June bale may 20 days delay ako which is babayaran ko next week. 

Did they already closed my account? No response talaga sila ever since 1 month na ang nakalipas. halos araw2 na rin ako nag kokontak thru their #s pero tig 1 hr ang waiting time walang agent nakaka assign sa akin
