Screened out after 4 HOURS staying up until 3 AM on shampoo survey – Have screenshot proof of completion but Manager closed my ticket anyway!
I am beyond frustrated right now. I just spent 4 hours of my night staying up until 3 AM to complete a massive shampoo survey.
I successfully reached the end and took screenshot proof of my completion page. Despite having clear evidence, the support manager closed my support ticket without resolving the issue or crediting my account.
Has anyone else dealt with this specific shampoo survey or had support completely ignore clear screenshot proof? This is an unacceptable waste of a user's time
