Are anyone still going for a second master day 1CPT ?

I mean are people still enrolling despite the coming changes in F1 and DS rules.

I know most who do day 1 cpt do a second master (same level). Can someone who already has a PhD do a day 1cpt master degree?

what is the process when you get accepted to a day 1 cpt school, do you first request a sevis transfer from your original school after which your new day 1 cpt school will issue your new I-20 ? or your day 1 cpt school issues a transfer pending I-20 first then you request a sevis transfer from your original school?

what happens when the new rule removing ds gets implemented? would the revoke I-20 for students enrolled in same or lower level?

How do you add your publications as evidence for your EB2 NIW petition? Do you add all the pages of your publication, or do you just add the first page of every publication?

If someone doing research in university and filled a provisional patent with the university, then can they use it as evidence in their EB2 NIW petition?

Has anyone included a provisional patent as part of the evidence of their EB2 NIW petition, can it count as progress towards the PE or have some value?

If someone is doing research at a University in the US, then does having a provisional patent filled with the University and his name is included as an inventor help serve as an evidence for EB2 NIW ?
