📸 LJR vs retail Olive Travis AJ1: I mixed them up and couldn’t tell
I took these photos to compare the two pairs, and then accidentally mixed them up on my shelf. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out which was which.
The suede color, the leather sheen, the midsole tint, the heel embroidery — everything looks the same. Even the extra laces that come with the retail pair are replicated perfectly in the LJR batch.
I’ve worn the LJR pair for a week now, and it’s just as comfortable as my retail pair. No break-in issues, no weird squeaks, no signs of wear. The leather even creases the same way as retail.
