Hi guys I’m a female NJ resident, 22 ORM, first gen low income, went to a “little ivy” and graduated 2025

Stats: 510 MCAT 127/127/128/128, 3.94 sgpa

Have solid research with a few abstracts, major conference poster presentation, 2 papers otw with second authorship, volunteering for hospice and internationally (non-clinical), 1 year clinical research job, will be starting as a medical assistant + research analyst in the coming year, multiple TA jobs, doubled major in science and humanities major and worked multiple jobs with lots of meaningful experiences to talk about throughout college, heavy in working with other first-gen low income as a mentor and mentorship + teaching is a huge thing on my application

Yeah so based on the above what would be a good MD school list for me to target?
- only interested in MD schools please don’t push DO!

Hi yall so I just got my score back and got a 510 127/127/128/128 but my FL average was a 512 and I would LOVEEE to have gotten a 512 and would be ecstatic about it but that scores falls in the 508-512 confidence band that my 510 is equal to. My sgpa is a 3.94 and am first gen low income so it’s a pretty big decision for me and my family. How differently will I be looked at from a 512 and what r my odds because I plan on applying MD only.

But yeah should I retake based off of all of the above?

Hi i’m testing (5/30) and my psyc soc dropped tremendously after a sustained 130 such that my FL4 (513) went to FL5(506) and it’s mostly due to p/s dropping from a 130–>126

If I were to have maintained my psyc/soc I would’ve gotten a 510 on this one. How do I go from here I’m planning on finishing reviewing today and practice problems tomorrow and taking FL6 Mon/Tues…

FL5 - making me want to void (506)

Aiming for a 511 at least any advice/should I push my exam??
