Capture One live view tethered colours different to import - Canon R5 mk2

Hey all - my first reddit post, hoping someone can help!!

I shoot a lot of tethered studio lit food and since upgrading to the Canon r5 mk2 I'm noticing a huge difference in colour rendering that is almost impossible to edit out, an issue I didn't have with the r5 mk1. I have my canon set to Standard picture style, sRGB, cRAW and I import with no styles applied, using C1's base characteristics of Canon EOS R5 Mark 11 Pro Standard and Film Standard curve. See attached a screen shot of salmon I shot yesterday in Live View (looking rich and delicious) compared to a screenshot of the imported RAW looking, well, sad. I have spent hours messing around with individual colour corrections, styles, curves, WB etc etc and just can not get the image to look as good as it does in live view (which the client is expectin!). I know this is to do with JPEG colour rending on screen but please, can anyone tell me how to replicate this look on the RAW image?!
