I am 32 years old. I love listening to instruments like Sitar and Violin. But now I want to learn how to play them . Is it too late ??
I want to learn this as a therapy also. I want to put my mind at ease through music.
Whenever i am stressed or worried or extremely Sad I imagine a character who I think as my friend and discuss with her my worries and cry my heart out, and feel relaxed. After feeling relaxed I say good bye to her.
I have been doing it since my childhood. Lately I realised in this way I am talking to myself in 3 rd person. Is it problematic. Do I need therapy ??
