I built a local travel website for my hometown in Madagascar. Would you trust it as a traveler?

Hi everyone,

I’m from Madagascar and I recently finished my Master’s in Globalization and Sustainable Tourism.

I’m now working on a small idea in Antananarivo, the city where I grew up: a local travel website for visitors who want to discover Tana with someone from here, beyond the usual postcard version.

I’m not a developer. I only have basic programming knowledge, so I’m learning as I go and trying to make the website clear, trustworthy, and easy to use.

I’m still at the early stage, so I’d really appreciate honest feedback from a traveler’s point of view.

Website: https://madalo-travel.com

A few things I’d love to know:

Would you trust this website enough to contact a local guide?
Is the booking flow clear?
Does the page feel human and reliable?
Is anything confusing, too long, or missing?
If you were visiting Antananarivo for the first time, what would you want to see or avoid?

I’m not trying to sell aggressively here. I’m just trying to improve the website and understand what travelers actually look for before I take the project further.

Thank you.
