if you just launched and getting real users, how many users can your set up handle in terms of customer support?

Mine was that I waited 9 months to say goodbye to a a toxic co-founder! Cost me massive momentum.

I'll go first. I once (back in the days of course) made a freelance designer sign a two-page NDA before showing him a Figma file of an app 😁

The thing is, no I believe, no matter how great your idea is, no one cares. Strangers are busy. Big companies are buried in their own roadmaps. Build it, ship it, improve and scale on the go!

For Solopreneurs: If you had to restart from $0 today, where would you spend and invest more and what would you avoid spending on?
SEO? Ads? Social media?
