Hi I’m 130 days since my last injection and I can’t sleep more than four hours a night - it just gets worse and I’m freaking out. If anybody has success stories with sleep recovery I would so appreciate

Hi everyone I have dreadful insomnia from taking emgality that has not resolved even 16 weeks out
I’m getting 4 hours per night every night like clock work
I sleep at 1:30 and wake up at 5
I’m feeling like I’ll have mental breakdown - it’s so long since my last injection that I’m terrified this is it - I’ll never get better
Alongside withdrawal, I’ve had quite a stressful time with life events and personal stuff - and it feels like all my side effects including insomnia have calcified as a result
