My boyfriend knew how stressed I was. For the past week he’s been waking up earlier than usual on my exam days just to wish me luck before I leave for the exam hall, and after every paper he’s been waiting for my call so he can hear how it went.

Today after the exam I was upset, hungry, irritated and honestly not the easiest person to talk to. He spent a long time trying to cheer me up and motivate me, and later I even texted him apologizing because I realized I had been taking my frustration out on him.

A little while later he randomly asked for my address.

Then I got a delivery.

I assumed it was an iced coffee he had mentioned sending.

But nobody has ever spoiled me like this before.

Not even the flowers themselves, but the fact that he remembered my exam schedule, woke up early to wish me luck, waited for my calls afterwards, listened to my post-exam panic and then spent half his afternoon figuring out ways to make me smile.

We’ve only been together for a couple of months, but today I felt incredibly loved.
