I just want to ask if there are people here who have the same experience as mine? So I passed the final interview and was asked to comply the requirements for background check and already did the PEME, signed the Job Offer but told that I can't start since there were no fallout on the said date. They told me they will contact me right away if another academy will be open. I'm just making sure if for the next batch I will be still a buffer?

Hello, anyone here who received a JO from Optum and given the pre-employment requirements, HireRite background check and after complying, I haven't heard from them for several days already even after daily follow-up from their HR, I still have no reply from them and I'm so anxious but they had verbally assured me that I am hired but I still didn't signed a contract.
