I preordered the Eversweet Ultra, but wanted to cancel the pre-order, which should be totally free in the EU.

Petkit's reply is that they want to charge me with a 6.5% fee.

This was the last time I ordered from them directly....

Update:
After replying them that this is illegaly and they have to refund the full pre-order amount, the geneorusly offered taht they will cover the transaction free themseves. How generous taht they are respecting the law...
