I raced at the Isle of Man TT. AMA.

I am a (now retired) motorcycle racer, and raced on short circuits (like Silverstone), Irish road circuits and at the Isle of Man TT.

Happy to answer any questions, as lots of people seem to think road racers are crazy!

Passenger jet noise heard from ground

I live kind of between STN and LTN, so we have a lot of planes flying over (plus we have Duxford up the road, so we have a lot of really cool planes flying over!).

Sometimes when a passenger jet comes over at a reasonable height, I hear a weird noise which sounds almost like the engines throttling right down, but with a bit of a boom behind it.

It's hard to describe noise, I appreciate. It seems to usually be when it's cloudy, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was?

Guns in the WTC

Please forgive my ignorance, I live the other side of the world, but I just have a quick question about firearms and 9/11.

I know that America has famously liberal gun laws and many people carry weapons habitually, but I think it can also vary from one state to the next?

Is there any chance regular workers could have carried weapons with them into work that day? Or would either NY state law, or the WTC security policy, not have allowed it?

I was wondering whether some people may have chosen to end their own life with a weapon, rather than out the window, when the burning was getting too much?

What is a good retinol cream to beat saggy skin after weight loss?

I am a big 42 year old guy and used to be a very big guy. I'm 6ft 1 and on New Years Day I weighed in at 148kg. Using a diet of nearly 100% Huel, I am now down to 121kg.

The issue which concerns me is that I am starting to feel my skin getting loose around my smaller belly and I still have another 21kg to reach my healthy weight target.

Building more muscle will obviously help, but I have also been told to take collagen and use a retinol cream to help my skin with elasticity. I have researched both and picked a collagen supplement.

But retinol cream seems to have far less feedback online and I am struggling to make an informed choice.

Does anyone have any personal recommendations?
