I’m in the market looking to purchase a home currently. The neighborhoods I’m looking in are Waterbridge, waterway palms plantation, plantation lakes, wild wings. It seems every house is priced high right off the bat and price drop every month or two.. I’m new to the market and am wondering if this is a typical market strategy realtors do? The housing market slows down in the winter months? Any information would be greatly appreciated
