Hi everyone, we have a room for rent in Chelsea. It is maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the SL3 and 111. It’s a shared home in a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house. The room is $1050 or $1100, depending on if a parking spot is needed. We pay WiFi, elec, and gas. At the moment, elec is 111, WiFi, is 23.60, and gas depends, though that will be a steady rate once August hits, which I believe it should be 60.80. Laundry is coin operated in the basement. We have a dishwasher and food disposal.

There are currently 4 women but we don’t mind who moves in. The room will be unfurnished. We are cat friendly as we currently have two cats, one that doesn’t leave the roommates room most of the time, and mine that does roam around the house. He’s shy at first but warms up quickly. The house is furnished and you’re welcomed to use what we have in the kitchen and the rest of the house.

We have routine pest management services that are currently quarterly.

The lease is sub tenant, month to month, and what is required at move-in is first months and security deposit, which is $300. It is available June 1st 2026.

We all work most of the time here. We are looking for someone clean and responsible.
