Hi guys, need your advice. I'm a working professional earning around ₱80,000 per month, and I'm planning to buy my first condo as my first investment. I'm considering Leaf Residences by SMDC, and my plan is to live in it rather than rent it out.

For those who own or have experience with SMDC projects (especially Leaf Residences), do you think it's worth it? How's the build quality, property management, and overall value in the long run?

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback or things I should consider before making such a big decision. Thank you!
