Inspirational Youths:For those who keep making excuses that nothing can be done in Nepal.

25-year-old Arju KC from Gadhawa, Dang, who have recently launched the first-ever “Moveable Truck Restaurant” in Ghorahi. After spending 7 years in the teaching profession and nearly 2 years in the UK, Ramesh chose to leave behind the comforts of abroad and return to Nepal with the vision of doing something meaningful in his own country. Upon returning, he teamed up with his cousin Arju to start something unique and different.

Started with an investment of over 2 million rupees, the concept of the Moveable Restaurant was inspired by an idea Ramesh saw in the UK. They are currently serving delicious homemade food every afternoon from 2:30 PM onwards at Nawalpur Football Ground, Pipalbot Chowk, Ghorahi.

When asked why they chose this profession, they smile and say, “It’s something new, it keeps us busy, and most importantly, people appreciate and encourage us. That alone makes us happy.”

Young people like them, who return from abroad and strive to create something innovative in their own hometown, are truly an inspiration to society. Not everyone has the courage to turn their dreams into reality on their own soil. Best wishes to Ramesh and Arju for their success!
