Federal Appelate Court Sides with ICE in Being Able to Use Gas, or Any Other Extreme Force, Against Protesters
Yes, you read that correctly. This case started in late 2025, and was ended in June 2026 via the refusal of any other Appelate Court to pick the case back up for review. Cementing the decision from April 2026 that ICE (&any level of policing/military) can use gas, noise machines, arrests, bullets, etc against protesters for "crowd dispersement and safety."
This is why there are these new "1A staged areas." Trying to negate the ruling but also keep everyone who is against tyranny/fascism in one little box for much easier control and forced compliance. This is how ICE and whatever level of police (military included) can get away with harming, if not killing, those who also won't "just follow orders."
This court case also included that even bystanders aren't safe from the extreme force used. As in, while the "gudguys just following orders" use gas on the crowds against, the gas that travels to any other residence is also legal. That people who happen to be in the area can not sue to collect damages from gas, noise machines, random bullets flying, etc via the various levels of fascism enforcers aka policing.
This important court case has been silenced for obvious reasons as well and doesn't get reported on MSM really. I saw one NEWs report on it from about 4 or 5 mo ago via a bigger NEWs media clip. It was about a 1 minute segment only and just glossed over the info as well.
