Hello all! Recently moved to Atlantic County in Linwood. What hospital would you prefer?

Likely going to have child planning next few years, and if my cancer comes back, potentially would need to find a new oncologist.

Likewise-any preference for imaging locations?

First time home buyers in HCOL area, for more context both partner and I invest at least up to employer match (I do 12% with 7% employer match, not sure exact percentage of partner). We both fully contribute to Roth IRAs and HSA accounts.

Given our income, I think we can swing this and we have run the numbers multiple times but it still feels like maybe we cut to close. Realistically our housing costs are now 35% of monthly income, not including home repairs. Granted I’m basing this on net income, not gross.

Thoughts-is it in my head?
